POWER SELLING, SALES LETTER WRITING TO GENERATE LEADS

Posted by agents ins marketing  at 20:38

We have just posted a mini-course, consisting of 12 steps on 4 pages. The pages are loaded with facts and tips on writing a sales letters that will generate the maximum number of leads.

To agents, leads mean prospect clients to sell insurance.
To recruiters, leads mean prospective agents to contract.

In the last 25 years we have seen some of the worst mailing pieces sent out to generate agent response.  You are smart enough to know that you have to start with a refined and targeted list. Then the mini-course will show you how to get results.

75% of agent recruiters and sales product marketers fail because of either of two reasons.  1. They are too cheap to start with a refined list that matches their product. 2. They can not produce enough leads, leading to contracts, and then to increased sales.

90% of businesses fail during their first 5 years.

80% of recruiters fail during the first 5 years.

95% of agents fail during the first 5 years.

Its a pity. Developing a good sales lead generation source would have helped.

Life insurance agent phone numbers

Posted by agents ins marketing  at 21:16

We are currently sending off 250,000 of our prime insurance names to be phone matched. The difference with the firm we are using is in the pricing structure. Most data appending firms charge you per phone number found.  The last 5 firms have disappointed us by finding way too many phone numbers that were not accurate. (The more phones they "matched" the more money they received). So of course we received thousands of wrong phone number for the correct John Smith, and other life insurance agents.

With the firm we selected, we are charged a flat dollar processing fee with no guarantee on the number of names found.  We also requested that all the insurance agent phone numbers be checked against the do not call national registry.

Some of clients relish phone calling agents, so we are taking a big gamble that we will be able to provide more accuracy, and increase the total phones available. It is a gamble to us, also because we never charge for including agent phone numbers to your list order.

In addition, 250,000 insurance agents is more than a reasonable "test". It should show both the impact of the "do not call" registry, plus the effect of cell phones.

GREAT CHANGES MADE TO OHIO INSURANCE AGENTS LIST

Posted by agents ins marketing  at 18:39

If you are using a copy of a list of agents by the Ohio Department of Insurance  to try to promote your product, expect very disappointing results. Agents Insurance Marketing NEVER sells a copy of the department of insurance list. We have spent our 25+ years utilizing over 15 different sources in compiling our own REFINED LIST.  We have just completed our final touches to our lastest update of licensed Ohio annuity, health, and life insurance agents.

Why the jumbo state list causes problems: First, the agents address are about 25% undeliverable according to US postal standards. Next State Farm, Geico, Nationwide, Allstate, Progressive , and similar agents comprise nearly 30% of the total Ohio insurance agents licensed.

Another problem is that 50% of the state agents are licensed under 4 years. We did our homework and intense analysis on over 24,000 agents licensed 4 years and under. Over discovery is extremely shocking. Only 6%, less than 1,500 agents from out of over 24,000 were still selling insurance.

If you want the worst recruiting, start with the worst list. Otherwise call us at 800-822-6424 and see why we only offer 21,500 agents. Ohio agents that are qualified to get you results.  http://www.agentsinsurancemarketing.com
