As a working mom I would never cast stones at any other working mother--or father. Sarah Palin is beautiful and probably talented, but I think what she and her husband are doing by exposing their poor teenage daughter to all this public scrutiny is terrible. That kid is a kid--no parent should hold up their child in her time of need for the entire country to discuss. I feel so bad for that girl. I have had many students who became pregnant and some parents dealt with it better than others--but none opened up their private family issue to the entire world.
