InsideTheWeb, In c. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this site, InsideTheWeb.

InsideTheWeb's weblog setup form requires users to give us their email address. The email address is used to contact the blog moderator, only when necessary, concerning matters pertaining to the blogs. Email addresses are not used in mass mailings from InsideTheWeb, nor are they sold to or shared with third parties.

4- You understand that the free weblogs service is paid for by revenues resulting from the sale, by InsideTheWeb, Inc., of advertising space on individual blogs and other pages in the InsideTheWeb site. You, the blogs creator/administrator, may not sell advertising space on your blogs.

5- You agree not to "spam" or attempt to broadcast in any way to the blogs. This system is not designed to function with large scale, mass postings. Such "spamming", or attempts to "spam", will constitue an abuse/attack of our systems and reason for legal action against you.

6- We cannot be held responsible for stopping any particular individual from posting comments to your blog, nor can we stop or "filter out" any specific types of materials from being submitted to your blog, including image links or URL's. If you are receiving undesired postings to your blog, your best defense is to delete any undesired submissions from blog dashboard so that they will not be displayed on your blog.

7- The blogs service is to be used according to the instructions provided in the setup and administration portions of the system. Examples of uses that are NOT permitted include but are not limited to:
